Questions about plans and billing
How is the price worked out?
Companies pay per active farm, per year. Self-managed farms pay per shed, per year. Tell us how many farms or sheds you have and their capacity, and we'll send you a quote.
Is there a limit on farms?
No. No plan limits how many farms you can add. Plans differ in what the software does, not in how much of it you use.
What does the free trial include?
A new company gets the Grow plan, with everything in Sprout and Grow, and its first batch is free: every batch started in the first 30 days, up to 10, until it is harvested and settled, for at most 90 days. For a self-managed farm owner, FowlTree is free for the first 5 batches. No card is needed to start.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, you can move up or down. Your data always stays yours: on Sprout, back-office records from Grow stay readable and can be exported.
How do we pay?
Invoices and payments are handled in the web console, which every plan can open for billing. Pay yearly or monthly.
