Shed made ready
The caretaker photographs cleaning, brooding and floor setup. The company approves the Pre-Batch Report before chicks are placed.

Chicks, feed, medicine and vaccine are dispatched together. The caretaker confirms what arrived, including any dead on arrival.

Harvest runs as lifts and vehicle loads, with the cages weighed empty and full. The payout follows the farm owner's contract: base rate per kg, mortality allowance, lifting-delay compensation and an FCR payout band, minus itemised deductions.

If the company joins FowlTree later, you can link to it, and your own records stay yours.

Frequently asked questions
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Caretakers and supervisors can fill in their reports with no signal. Everything is saved on the phone and sent on its own when the connection comes back. The Sync Status screen shows what is still waiting.
Which languages does FowlTree support?
English and Kannada. Each person picks their own language in the app, so a caretaker can use Kannada while the office uses English. WhatsApp messages and emails to farm owners and caretakers go out in their language too.
Who uses FowlTree?
Integrators that place chicks on contract farms, their supervisors, and the farm owners and caretakers who raise the birds. Self-managed farm owners, who grow for a company that is not on FowlTree, use it too. Each gets their own view of the same records.
How is a farm owner's payout worked out?
From the net weight weighed at harvest, the rate in the farm owner's contract, the payout band for the batch's feed conversion (FCR), and any itemised deductions. The farm owner can see the same figures in their app.
Can we try FowlTree before we pay?
Yes. Your first batch is free: every batch you start in your first 30 days, up to 10, is free on the Grow plan until it is harvested and settled, for at most 90 days. Request a demo and we will set it up with you.
Is our company's data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Every company's farms, people and records are kept apart, and people only see what their role allows. Aadhaar numbers are never stored in full, and bank account numbers are encrypted.
Do we need computers at the office?
No. Everything runs from the mobile app. On the Grow and Harvest plans, company admins can also use the web console on a computer for dashboards, bulk import and payroll.
Can I use FowlTree if the company I grow for does not use it?
Yes. As a self-managed farm owner you choose Sprout, Grow or Harvest, priced per shed: daily reports, your caretakers, deliveries and visits from the company, the growing charge it owes you for every batch, and your own expenses. Grow adds profit and loss, staff pay and attendance. Sheds you grow for a company on FowlTree stay on the same login. FowlTree is free for your first 5 batches.
