Features
Everything you need to run contract farming
FowlTree covers the whole cycle, from a clean shed to a paid farm owner, and the business around it. Features marked Grow or Harvest come with those plans; everything else is on every plan.

Daily reporting
The caretaker's Daily Batch Report is the heartbeat of every batch: structured, photographed and sent even from a shed with no signal.
Daily Batch Report
Feed, medicine, vaccine, bird health, weight, shed condition and a wrap-up note, one section at a time.
Three check-ins a day
Morning, midday and evening windows for bird health, with mortality and sick birds broken down by cause.
Chat mode with voice
One question at a time, read aloud in the caretaker's language, with spoken answers. Switch between Form and Chat at any time.
Works offline
Every section saves on the phone and sends on its own when the signal returns. Sync Status shows what is waiting.
Photo proof
Medicine and vaccine entries need a photo before the section can be sent, so nothing is logged from memory.
Brooding readings
Brooder temperature and humidity, scored against the day's target, so "3° below target" shows up straight away.
Weight against the curve
Average weight and sample size, compared with the expected weight for the breed and day.
Late reports flagged
A report filled in late is still accepted, but flagged, and reminders chase it automatically.
History and edit requests
Every submitted report is locked. Reopening one needs a written reason and the right person's approval.
Supervision & verification
Two independent records over the same ground, so the company can compare what the caretaker reported with what the supervisor saw.
Supervisor visit report
The supervisor's own report on feed, health, weight and shed condition, with a photo with the caretaker.
Comments on the caretaker's report
A comment on each section of a submitted report, up to 2 days after its date.
Discrepancy review
Correct a reported figure with a reason and evidence, while the original stays on record.
Batch rating
Excellent, Good, Average or Poor, with a reason required for the last two.
Caretaker concerns
Caretakers can raise a concern about the company or supervisor that only the company admin sees.
Supervisor reassignment
Move farms between supervisors, or offboard one, without losing history.
Visit frequency and remindersGrow
Set how often each farm should be visited, and remind supervisors when a visit is due.
Photo location checkGrow
Choose how close to the farm a photo must be taken before it is flagged.
Farm delegationGrow
Hand a farm's day-to-day review to its supervisor, and choose which notifications still reach you.
Batches & stock
From an approved, clean shed to a closed batch, with every bag and dose accounted for.
Pre-Batch Report per shed
Cleaning, brooding and floor setup, each photographed. A batch can only be placed on an approved shed.
Batch lifecycle
Created, dispatched, in transit, delivered, growing, harvesting, harvested and closed, with a clear status at every step.
Delivery check by the caretaker
The caretaker records what actually arrived, including chicks dead on arrival.
Stock and usage
Dispatched, received, used and remaining for every item, per shed, from the daily reports.
Mid-cycle top-ups
Send more feed or medicine from company stock, checked against your inventory.
Supply requests
Caretakers and supervisors ask for stock; the company answers from its store.
Shop-bought top-upsGrow
A supervisor buys locally, attaches the bill photo, and is repaid through payroll.
Sheds as their own unit
Place batches shed by shed, so one farm can run staggered batches.
More than one company
A farm owner can run several farms and work with more than one company, each seeing only its own batches.
Harvest & payout
Harvest is a process, not a single number, and the payout follows from it in a way both sides can check.
Lifts and loads
Plan numbered lifts and vehicle loads, with each vehicle number entered by one person and checked by another.
Weighing in rounds
Cages are weighed empty and then full, a few at a time, and leftovers re-weighed, so every load gets a net weight nobody has to type in.
Harvest team and feed returns
Record who worked the harvest, and feed returned at the end.
Farm owner contracts
Base rate per kg, mortality allowance, minimum rate, lifting-delay compensation and feed-shortage recovery. Every revision is kept.
FCR target and payout bands
Set a target FCR and the payout factor for each band either side of it.
Itemised payouts
Deductions listed line by line, part payments recorded until paid, and disputes resolved before closing.
Farm owner bonus
Pay and track bonuses separately from the batch payout.
Earnings for the farm owner
Farm owners see their own FCR, band and payout in their app.
